Justification by Faith

• God’s justice no longer condemns but restores. What does living in this peace look like for you?

• Consider: As we mature in our faith, we can easily begin to trust in our own accomplishments and our own ability to avoid sin. Scripture is clear that our avoidance of sin is not only impossible but also ineffectual in delivering us from the clutches of sin and death. We are guilty. It is the death of Jesus that frees us from the consequences of sin. Learning to trust in Jesus means we learn to admit our humanity and our fallen nature, while trusting in the Justice provided by our Messiah.
