Canada Family Mission Trip

Vancouver, BC | July 4–10, 2026

Join us for a unique opportunity to serve as an All-Church and Family Mission Team in the beautiful city of Vancouver, British Columbia. We will be partnering with local churches and ministries to support refugee children and families. This is a hands-on, high-impact trip designed for our church family to experience the mission field together.

The Mission

Our primary goal is to share the love of Christ through tangible service. Our team will lead Vacation Bible School (VBS) programming, participate in local church gatherings, and assist with community outreach, including a dedicated food bank ministry.

Activities include:

  • Leading Bible stories, music, and crafts.

  • Organizing games and recreation for refugee children.

  • Preparing and distributing supplies for community outreach.

  • Participating in intentional group prayer and ministry preparation.

Trip Requirements

Because of the nature of this work, participants should be prepared for an emotionally and spiritually demanding week.

  • Eligibility: Open to adults and students in 9th–12th grade.

  • Family Policy: All students (9th–12th) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the trip.

  • Physical Readiness: Participants should be able to stand for long periods, walk moderate distances, and lift/carry supplies.

  • Ministry Heart: Participants must be comfortable sharing the gospel, praying in groups, and leading activities for children.

  • Documentation: A valid US Passport is required.

  • Mandatory Meetings: All participants must attend one training session and one pre-trip meeting.

Cost & Registration

Space is strictly limited to 20 total spots, so early registration is highly encouraged.

  • Deposit: A $100 deposit per person is required once sign-up is verified.

  • Total Cost: To be determined (finalized based on group size and travel logistics).
